UCPLA is currently hiring Shared Direct Care Staff (SDCS) to assist developmentally disabled individuals with daily living needs in a group home residential or Adult Day Program setting. A Shared Direct Care Staff must change and adapt seamlessly to the different paces and levels of intensity in the duties between the group day and residential programs. Under direct supervision of highly qualified professionals, SDCS monitor and support our clients’ needs, both physically and emotionally. SDCS have the unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in healthcare and develop caring relationships with our clients.
