The Lead House Manager will supervise all House Managers and Direct Support Professional (DSP) throughout our multiple-home setting, and oversee day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities and activities throughout the facility. Responsible for staff training, development, and scheduling in conjunction with the Administrator and Assistant Administrator. Responsible for ensuring staff coverage is maintained at a 1:3 ratio. Ensures services and facility are in compliance with professional standards, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements.
