UCPLA is currently hiring Floating Direct Support Professionals (FDSP) to work closely with individuals with disabilities in their private residence from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Sunday to Monday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Thursday to Friday and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday. FDSP provide scheduled and intermittent services to a group of individuals in various apartment units in one location as scheduled and as needed. As a FDSP, you will encourage our clients to become as independent as they can be while promoting community engagement. You will be providing support to people served in their homes and in the community by providing training and assistance with personal care and housekeeping, communication, supervision, companionship, and behavior support. Under the direction of a Community Living Specialist and other highly qualified professionals, you will develop methods to maximize client independence and meet goals identified in their Individual Service Plan.
Sunday - Monday; 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Thursday - Friday; 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Saturday; 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are encouraged to apply!
